For what it's worth, I noticed that, in Windows, when you use the keyboard to
navigate to one of the page layout buttons (the ones that show differ numbers
of pages in the preview) and press enter, keyboard focus leaves the toolbar and
you have to (as far as I can tell) press Alt+P to return to the "Page"
NumericUpDown.  Additionally, Alt+P in Mono does not put the keyboard focus in
the NumericUpDown.
