`C5.ICollectionValue<C5.KeyValuePair<K,V>>.Count' and
`System.Collections.Generic.ICollection<C5.KeyValuePair<K,V>>.Count'

C5/Dictionaries.cs(1308,93): error CS0122:
`System.Collections.Generic.ICollection<C5.KeyValuePair<K,V>>.Count' is
inaccessible due to its protection level
