fastcgi-mono-server2.exe

I used a clean installation from mono-2.4-gtksharp-2.12.8-win32-6.exe.

Compiled Mono.WebServer.FastCgi and the resulting fastcgi-mono-server2.exe
causes defunct an non-responding processes on Linux. Unlike the one compiled on
Linux this one cannot even be decompiled by Reflector.
