This is not exactly a bug, but a limitation. We have never supported this
localization feature, and I'm not sure we will in a near future - we are quite
busy fixing all the functionality bugs, which, as you can probably see, are
still so many.

So I'm marking this one as "Enhancement" to be implemented in the future.
