when I running C# swf-datagrid.exe sample that is provided by mono.winforms in
mono-core-135108-1120 version, click create new row *doesn't crash the app, but
running the C# sample in mono2.4 release version may get the same crash
"System.IndexOutOfRangeException: list position"
