My instincts are that Type.GetType is failing for any types that are not part
of the Mono runtime (or possibly there were not compiled using Mono).

The "Eagle._Components.Public.Engine" type in this bug is from an assembly that
was compiled using MSBuild/.NET Framework 2.0 SP2.
