This is occuring in the Provo Build Service.  I'm beginning to think it may be
isolated to particular machines in that system but it's also strange that it's
only failing in SLE_10 jails on those hosts.  The problem is intermittent so I
was able to get everything built by rebuilding whenever there were failures.

I can't reproduce this on any of our systems so I really have no way for you to
debug it.  I'm working with the person who maintains the Provo Build Service to
see if we can narrow it down a bit.
