I made a brand new OS11.1 install and tried it there today, because I figured
my work box was probably so screwed up I couldn't be sure what versions of
anything I had.  It exhibits the bug about 2 out of 10 times on fresh 11.1,
which is Mono 2.0.

Unfortunately, we don't have a lot to work with on this because:
- Reflector is an obfuscated binary that we don't have source for (the irony!)
- Its sporadic
- If its existed since at least 2.0, we don't have a starting point to do a
binary search

My first instinct, given the sporadic-ness, would be that they are doing GUI
things on multiple threads, in a way which we do not support in MWF.
