What likely broke is MonoWebBrowser, which is shana.

What I would suspect is that if MonoWebBrowser in monodoc broke, MonoWebBrowser
in other apps may have as well -- i.e. this is likely a symptom, not a cause. 
If this is in MonoWebBrowser, it needs to be fixed, lest it fail badly for
anyone trying to use System.Windows.Forms.WebBrowser on Mono...
