An small test case to reproduce the error

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; es-ES; rv:1.9.0.4)
Gecko/2008102920 Firefox/3.0.4

During the form load the VisibleChanged event is received two times instead of
only one time.

A test case has been created, the test only load an empty form in which has
been registered the event VisibleChanged. The VisibleChanged event hanler only
write on the console the message "Visible Changed".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Execute the test case

Actual Results:  
The message "Visible Changed" are printed two times on the console (The
VisibleChanged event is received two times).

Expected Results:  
The message "Visible Changed" are printed only one time on the console (The
VisibleChanged event is received only one time).
