Build Identifier:

for first: while showing the window forms we can see the drawing process
(suspend and resume layout don't work ???)
secondly: if we are showing a lot of times the same form or the dialog we can
see that controls (buttons, tabs, etc) are starting disappearing and sometime
application crash

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run test application
2. Try file -> open and close dialog
3. Try file -> open and close dialog
4. Try file -> open and close dialog
5. ...
Actual Results:
You should see strange dialog behaviour and sometime application crash. Such a
behaviour is evident for every shown window, too.

Expected Results:
Correct action should be:
- we can't see the process of drawing window forms and dialogs
- elements of forms aren't disappearing
