I add test application. Popup menu is wrong displayed if window form was moved

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run test application
2. click File item (popup is shown)
3. if popup is shown (must be shown!) move window form or maximize/minimize
form
4. The popup will be always strange displayed (even if is shown in new window
position)



tested with mono 2.2 RC1
