I can reproduce the error using xsp as well:

# cd  /usr/share/mono/asp.net/apps/mojoportal-2.2.7.9
xsp --applications
"/mojoportal:/usr/share/mono/asp.net/apps/mojoportal-2.2.7.9"

Then access from a browser:

http://<server>:8080/mojoportal/


You cannot access newly created pages.
