Apache vhost config

Marc,

  I used the above vhost config with the rpm and I can't reproduce the issue
with the current 2.2 branch. Please examine the config and compare with yours -
in particular, pay attention to the trailing / in the DocumentRoot and Alias
directives - for some reason when those two are missing apache fails to serve
some files (attempts to access them return error 403 - forbidden). You can also
just try to use my config as it is - it should work fine for you.
