Marek,

I'll attach the RPM to this bug.  Make sure you're testing in the same
conditions: opensuse 11.0 x86_64 with all updates applied, mono-2.2rc1
installed.

It can't be a DB init problem that I can see.  With the installation of
mojoportal unchanged, I can shut down apache (where the problem is exhibited),
cd into the mojoportal directory and run xsp and everything works correctly. 
stopping xsp and running apache displays the same problem.

Taking the same RPM and installing it on a clone of this vm but with mono-2.0
installed, everything works fine with apache.

Do you have access inside the firewall?  You can access my VM directly if that
will help.
