Steps to reproduce:
 - start xsp in mojoPortal web dir
 - login to mojoPortal as a non admin user
 - click on the small pen icon "Add/Remove/Edit content for this page"
 - enter a new name for the content and click "Create New Content"
 - new content should appear (in the center list by default)
 - select the content and move it to the left or right panels
 - keep moving content around 

Expected results:
 - page lists should refresh every time content is moved

Actual results:
 - after about 5 moves, the lists no longer refresh. User must refresh the page
to see the changes

How often does this happen? Always
