Question: Should CancelErrorRead() be invoked only after process.Close() or
never?

Regarding the bug, this was working fine on previous versions of the runtime. I
just added on my code a System.Console.WriteLine to output what it was getting
and it stopped happening.

I know, it can be a bug that got fixed that broke my code. Thanks for your
patience if that is the case.

In the test case I was trying to reproduce the problem, and it apparently
worked when I added that dummy code. I assumed it didn't made sense for the
args.Data to be null.
