This driectory is missing from the source tar for some reason (it is in the svn
tree) and cause the make check to fail in tools/monodoc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. from mono-2.4.tar.bz2
2. configure
3. make
4. make check
Actual Results:
make[7]: *** No rule to make target `Test/man-provider-test.cs', needed by
`Test/man-provider-test.exe'. Stop.
make[7]: Leaving directory
`/home/sjmunroe/src/mono-ppc/mono-2.4-patched-RC1/mcs/tools/monodoc'
make[6]: *** [test-recursive] Error 1

Copying the mcs/tools/monodoc/test directory from the mono-2-4 svn fixes the
problem.
