PROBLEM STATEMENT:

running the attachment example which with "ShowHelp = True" setting, the color
dialog doesn't show 'help' button in GUI window

REPRO:

(1) running the attachment example
(2) click 'ColorDialog button' to raise color dialog

RESULTS: 

there is no 'help' button in color dialog

EXPECTED RESUlT:

color dialog should show 'Help' button beside 'Cancel' due to "ShowHelp = True"

COMMENTS:

You should install IPCE first before running the attachment example
