PROBLEM STATEMENT:

Menu items in ContextMenu couldn't be navigated by pressing <Up> or <Down> key.


REPRO:

1. Run attached ironpython sample.
2. Right click the cyan label area.
3. Press <Up> or <Down> key.


RESULTS:

No response.


EXPECTED RESULTS:

Menu items could be navigated.
