Test Case

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; es-ES; rv:1.9.0.4)
Gecko/2008102920 Firefox/3.0.4

When mouse wheel is used (several steps and not step by step) the normal
behavior is receive few events with big delta values. But in mac, and probably
in the others platforms, using X11 a lot of events are received all them with
120 as delta value.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use the sample code

Actual Results:  
A lot of -120 values are printed one per processed event

Expected Results:  
Less events with bigger values.
