Fix+

The attached patch makes both tests work, while the original one still fails
under MS. I have no idea why MS is trying to remove something that could be
kept there... Unless the list of signaled sockets that they get is not in the
same original order...

Is this 'enhanced' patch ok or should we match exactly what MS does?
