MonoMaxActiveRequests and MonoMaxWaitingRequests were set to 20 and 200
respectively. We are OK with requests being dropped if the server is under
load, however, what we are observing is that a large number of mod-mono
processes are spawned and the server becomes unresponsive and need to be
rebooted.

Any input on the other errors in the log, specifically "command stream
corrupted", and "process_set_current: error creating process handle".
