Steps to reproduce bug:
 - install the MonoForums from Mono:Community
 - install pgsql-testdb from Mono:Community
 - run mono-pg-setup
 - goto http://localhost/AspNetForums
 - login as admin / admin
 - Click on the Admin button on the top right
 - Click on Create New User


Expected results:
 - A New User form should appear that can be completed to create the user

Actual results:
System.DllNotFoundException: gdiplus.dll
  at (wrapper managed-to-native) System.Drawing.GDIPlus:GdiplusStartup
(ulong&,System.Drawing.GdiplusStartupInput&,System.Drawing.GdiplusStartupOutput&)
  at System.Drawing.GDIPlus..cctor () [0x00000]
