I am seeing this problem. I built mono from svn (mcs is r125234, mono is
r125235) on Ubunto, and in a class derived from Form, the line
        this.Cursor = Cursors.WaitCursor;

does not change the cursor.
I have tried building and running the same code under MSVC and it works fine,
so I don't think it's a problem in my code. If it's a problem with my
installation, can someone give me a clue where to look?
