At the moment, I don't care about debugging firefox - or any other large native
application - with mdb, and support for this most likely won't happen anytime
soon.

Support to debug anything which embeds the Mono runtime has never been
implemented int the debugger and I also don't care about the "general case".

We may add support specifically for Moonlight at some point, but that's a
completely new feature, so I have no idea how much work this'd involve.
