Due to the relocation of sqlsharp.exe from ./lib/mono/1.0 to 2.0 the
/bin/sqlsharp.bat and ./bin/sqlsharp scripts are broken.  Haven't testing it
on Linux but it is broken on Windows and the script contains the same path in
the shell version.

This also affect some other apps too, but I don't when they were broken nor
even what they do, see below.

mono-shlib-cop.exe which was seen in the log at bug 469793 to have moved, does
work correctly.
