Example application to reproduce this defect

User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1;
Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729;
Media Center PC 6.0; OfficeLiveConnector.1.4; OfficeLivePatch.1.3; .NET4.0C;
NET4.0E; Tablet PC 2.0; InfoPath.2; InfoPath.3)

Calling back client side from service doesn't do anything (visible). Looks like
method calls to interface returned by
OperationContext.Current.GetCallbackChannel<T>() method on service side are
silently ignored.

Attached simple callback application makes a callback to client side and works
fine on MS .NET environment.

Tested with mono revision r148939

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run attached test application
2.
