When setting the BackColor property of a ToolStrip, the ToolStrip itself and
the childs (ToolStripLabel) should be rendered in that color.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Compile and run attached testcase

Actual Results:  
Only the Button has the right background color, the background of the Label and
the Stip itself is rendered with default Control color.

Expected Results:  
The whole Strip should appear in light blue color.
