content loading in browser

I took a default MVC project template of Visual Studio. Use the Mono option
"Run Locally in Mono" in Visual Studio. FF is my default browser. In browser it
renders the default page. After then facing the following problems so far:

1. When I try to refresh a page with f5 in broswer, loads the content of the
css file at the top of the browser, then the content of page. As a result i can
see the the page something like text browser. See the attachment. After few
navigation it works fine.

2. If i use any css class which used any background image then the image is not
loading at first load. If i visit another page it shows the image. 

3. Sometimes i get "Unable to connect - Firefox can't establish a connection to
the server at localhost:10031." error each time i click on link.


This is happening only for mono version 2.6. Mono 2.4 is working fine for the
first two bug.

I am using Microsoft XP x86. Mono version 2.6, Browser All, XSP 2 web server
and visual studio 2008.
