Description of Problem: The properties UITextField.Text, UITextView.Text and
probably others return questions instead of non-ascii characters, though
setting this properties whith non-ascii characters works perfectly fine and
displays correctly.

Seems to me the get version uses wrong encoding.

Discovered under iPhone Simulator on Mac OS 10.6.2 with MonoTouch 1.4.2
