I applied this locally and I found a (very non-obvious) issue:

locales/* and langs/* doesn't exist in svn, they're downloaded when needed from
primates.ximian.com.

This means that any files added to locales/ and langs/ need special treatment
to be disted properly - I'm uploading an updated patch where the new files are
added to EXTRA_DIST too.

Dimitar, contributions have to either be done using MIT X11 license, or
contributors must sign a copyright assignment form to allow Novell to
redistribute the code under other license terms.

Atsushi, unless I hear from you I'll assume it looks good and I'll commit
tomorrow.
