Test case, click on the segmented control to cause SetNeedsDisplayInRect to be
called and get the lockup

Adding a CALayerDelegate to a CALayer and then performing any action that
results in the DrawLayer method of the CALayerDelegate being invoked causes a
lockup.

Problem only seems to appear in simulator.
