An exe file that fails

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5)
Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Put an animated gif on a form and run it under VS in Windows and the animated
gif works correctly.  Same exe file under mono version 2.4.2.3 on Ubuntu 9.10
is a static picture (looks like first frame).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In VS start a project, add a picturebox to a form.
2.Add an animated gif to that picturebox.
3.Compile and run under mono 2.4.2.3 on Ubuntu 9.10
Actual Results:  
Shows only the first frame.

Expected Results:  
Gif should be animated.
