The MvcApplication_precompiled directory contains two web.config files:

Web.config
web.config

2.6 and trunk now check for web.config first (2.4 checks for Web.config). The
web.config file doesn't contain all the settings necessary to run an MVC
application. Removing the file fixes the bug.
