Test case

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5)
Gecko/20091103 SUSE/3.5.5-3.1 Firefox/3.5.5

Any comment like <!-- --> on aspx page brokes it.
May be only when there are UTF-8 cyrillic chars in it.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run test case
2. open index.aspx
Actual Results:  
Server Error in '/' Application
Only one <form> allowed.

Expected Results:  
Page with "Test" inside <H1> tag and "test test test" in <p>
