Calling xbuild defining a property containing ':' at command line, causes the
folowing error:

[root at host dir]# /usr/bin/xbuild /p:SomeProp=22:22:00
MSBUILD: error MSBUILD0005: Property name and value expected as /p:<prop
name>=<prop value>
