I just removed it as it doesn't make too much sense to be there anyways.  It is
leftover from when that was the only place you could set it, before the server
chooser dialog.

Thanks for the report!

- Remove host and port option from settings page.  It's better to have
  the user use the server dialog than try to do this here.
