This is a known issue, so it's not new - thus we can downgrade the importance
to "Enhancement". 

I think probably the drawing operations are the ones causing this problem (our
drawing backend or related stuff - System.Drawing more than
System.Windows.Forms), but we need to test here and there.

Thanks for the explanation and the test, as well. It will hopefully accelerate
the improvements in this area :-)
