Description of Problem:

monovs 3716

creating a package of mojoportal causes an error message to be displayed wit
han exception.  After clicking "OK" to close the error message, Visual Studio
crashes and asks to be restarted.  The rpm seems to be created and returned to
the desktop.

initial error dialog: "There was an error building the package.  For more
details, see exception message."

NOTE: Use the attached mojoportal source code with it's packag definition file
to reproduce the issue.  YOU NEED TO BUILD IT FIRST with .NET (not mono) in VS.
That is what I did before I created the package list.
