Description of Problem:

Windows Vista x86_64 with 0.3.3625 plugin
MonoVS vmware image with monovs-server-0.3.3625

MonoVS hangs on the end of an RPM build completion.  I clicked "build package"
and it built and it placed it on the desktop but VS is still haninging waiting
for the build process to end. It still say's "building package" in the status
bar for well over a half hour. I had time to install the RPM and test it in the
meantime.

jpobst says there's a possible fix for this in r3664 so this is a bug that will
be used to track the issue.
