After some discussiong I believe we've reached a good middle ground.  The CWD
of all monotouch apps will be /var/mobile/Applications/{GUID}/Foo.app so that
File.Open ("foo") will work, but not restrict access outside that path to the
rest of the sandbox or locations apple chooses to open up in the future.  This
fix will be in b4.
