Description of Problem:
When you first boot the MonoVS appliance, the kernel command line is:
   ['root=/dev/sda1', 'splash=silent', 'vga=0x314']

Then if you re-boot the MonoVS appliance, the kernel command line is:
   ['splash=silent', 'vga=0x314']

Is there something we can do to keep these consistent?

It's causing the automation to fail sometimes.
