In the attached screen shot, I was running monovs-gui-server in the command
line (you can see it running the the terminal behind the winforms and bug buddy
windows). However, nothing gets output to the terminal.

Once the debugger is working again, I'll try to reproduce this. However, this
won't be easy. The reason we haven't seen this in awhile is that ajorg removed
bug-buddy from the MonoVS VM image.

So, since we're going to be selling this VM image, we might just not care to
fix it.
