To connect database I used Connector/Net 5.1
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net/5.1.html 

See directory test_table(SQL) for the SQL script which creates test table on
MySQL. On my computer (Pentium-4 3.2 GHz) it takes 17 seconds to display the
test data in DataGridView.
