Summary: SslStream doesn't work if client doesn't write to the
                    stream first
    Classification: Mono
           Product: Mono: Class Libraries
           Version: 2.4.x
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: SuSE Linux 10.1
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: P5 - None
         Component: System.Security
        AssignedTo: spouliot at novell.com

See the attached test case. The callback passed to BeginAuthenticateAsServer in
the server is only called when the client closes the socket or writes something
to the stream.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compile TcpClient.cs and TcpServer.cs
2. Start TcpClient.exe and TcpServer.exe in 2 different terminals
Actual Results:
Server doesn't receive the OnAuthenticated callback until the client closes the
connection or writes something.
