Description of Problem:
For compatibility with .NET, System.IO.File.Exists(filename) should return true
iff filename is a file (not a directory).
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a directory <dirname>
2. Run the c# statement: "bool b1 = System.IO.File.Exists("<dirname>");
3. Run the c# statement: "bool b2 = System.IO.Directory.Exists("<dirname>");
Actual Results:
b1 is true, b2 is true.
Expected Results:
b1 is false, b2 is true.
How often does this happen?
Always
