IronPython sample

REPRO:

1. run attachment IronPython sample(install IPCE first), click button to raise
Open dialog
2. click dirComboBox to expand menu item list, press Up or Down on keyboard

RESULTS:

dirComboBox doesn't provide navigation among menu items by press key Up/Down

EXPECTED RESULTS:

I think it would be convenient if provide press Up/Down to navigate among menu
items
