new screencast

I've made a new screencast to demonstrate.

There are two things happening here.

1. Demonstrate missing SelectedValueChanged trigger.
2. Demonstrate suggestion popup appearing behind combobox pulldown list.

I do them both, first on mono, then .net. The top label queries the mono
version, so ignore this on windows because it's not actually running on mono.
