monodoc always uses GtkHtml regardless which engine I specify. Here's the
output I'm seeing:

$ monodoc --engine Gecko
node `classlib-gecko' is not defined on the documentation map
node `embed' is not defined on the documentation map
node `classlib-taglib-sharp' is not defined on the documentation map
using GtkHtml
using GtkHtml
